When a new year comes everyone tries to be the best they can be. Usually that starts with diet and exercise, and I admit, I’m on the train to healthy-ville. So when I received a copy of Jenna Wolfe’s book, “Thinner in 30”, I was intrigued. I mean I’ve seen her on the Today Show, and knew this former sports reporter knows what it takes to look good. (I mean look at her!) But would this book really help me?
The answer is yes! From the second I started reading I knew anyone could make these small changes, and I loved it. So I asked if we could speak so she can share a few of her tips with you. I love her advice because these are little things anyone can do every day, that cost nothing, and help you get thinner!
